*** BEWARE *** YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED So, i waited for 3 months to get in and spent 52 minutes sitting in a 6x6 room waiting for the doc. 6 minutes and 30 seconds consult and I am super annoyed. Heres the back story. My hearing after a trip to hawaii went down considerably over a couple years. Really bad headaches and always have to pop my ears. I ended up getting hearing aids to help with hearing and the tinnitus. Solution according to everyone i have talked too as well as google is to get tubes put in to relieve the pressure... you would think this would be an easy conversation to have..... On tuesday of this week i got in to see the doc. I was so excited to be able to get some info on this. Here is what happened, the doc told me he didnt trust the hearing test i had gotten done before saying they are only out to get your money. I took out my hearing aids for the "test" and when we were finished i started to put them back in and he raised his voice at me and said you dont need hearing aids, you low range is fine so dont use them, they are going to make you go deaf.. !WTF!... I am already 40 deaf on all mid range and hi range. Then he proceeded to tell me that he doesnt do the tubes because it doesnt work, it would not help at all. He then said that everyone has to pop their ears several times a day or open their jaw wide to hear better... again "WTF". I TOLD HIM MY STORY AGAIN. I was on a plane and my ears wouldnt pop or equalize and since then i get bad head aches and have tinnitus and am constantly (20-30 times a day) having to pop my ears. He said, thats normal, everyone does.. ????? Now i have to put in a request to see another ear specialist because this dolt wasted my time... The term specialist usta mean somthing. Patient care usta be a thing. You made me feel like a complete idiot dr Ditoppa. Thanks for nothing. *** BEWARE **
