i was waitting six months to see him and my appoitnment was canceled and his secretary is very unprofessional secretary with minorities people.

Roger Heise
I find Dr Bertley does a very good job of listening and detailing the information on the hospital computer system in real time. Once he's got the history and symptoms discussion, then he takes over and does his examination. It's kind of difficult to look at someone all the time history is being taken, but I've observed that he looks carefully at me when I first see him and he seems to pick up on a negative or positive situation very quickly His receptionist has always been very courteous and helpful. They're people, not slaves, and probably return the kind of attitude presented to them. No hesitation in recommending his services
