I had doctor Desforges as a family doctor for many years and i never had any good services from her, she's taking to many patients and dont have time for them.

I am a single mom working full time and seeing Dr Desforges is a huge problem. In the past she has been really helpful, human with me and I wont forget what she did for me, I give her that! Now I dont know if she is too busy or tired but its not the same person. She is always in a rush, makes me feel uncomfortable and if Im worried about something, makes me feel like Im stressed for no reasons etc..Her secretary makes mistakes in the appointments and Im paying for it. My son missed school for his appointment and when he got there the secretary said a man with same name canceled his appointment, but instead she canceled my son's appointment. I have a depressive state and I have missed a few appointments in the past. Now I am better and make complicated arrangements with my boss to see Dr Desforges (wainting for my appointment since 4 months) and when i get there, secretary made a mistake in the time of my appointment (again) and I had to wait for 3hours at least and she made me feel like its MY mistake...then i get late to work and almost lost my job!
