Our recent experience in July 2015, with Dr. Jogindra Singh has been very dissatisfactory. He was apparently briefed not to listen to the patient. Despite several attempts, he did not listen to the issues of the patient and continued harping on issues that he wanted to focus on. At one point, I asked him to kindly listen to the description of the issue, but he still interrupted and did not allow me to complete my sentence. Dr. Singh had some pre-disposition towards the patient based on the briefing he got from the referring doctor (who is from the same ethnic origin). He also tried to overlook some facts which were clearly mentioned in the MRI report, which he had in his hands. This was appeared to be a deliberate intent to sway the patient from the actual problem that brought the patient to him in the first place. After two frustrating sessions, we decided that we not visit him again. I highly recommend some counselling for Dr. Jogindra Singh.
