Dr. Barber is a fabulous Doctor. He has been so patient and thorough always providing excellent care. He treats me with such kindness and compassion. Over the years he has tried me on countless medications, not giving up until he found just the right one. I feel very blessed to have home as my doctor!

Dr. Barber has seen new through some very difficult times. He is kind and considerate but calls it like it is. He always gives options and choice with clear guidelines but encourages his patients to make choices when they are able. I appreciate his empathetic nature an feel very blessed to have him helping with my medical care.

In my experience, Dr. Barber has little time for his patients, does little research of the patient and their history before diagnosing and throwing drugs at the circumstance. In my experience, he has paid little heed to the research that confirms that medicine WITH therapy has the highest effectiveness. In my case, he was seen 3 times within a large span of months. In each visit it was an hour, wherein he would diagnose based on 3 hours of knowing his patient and threw drugs at the situation, which had extreme side effects. When the drugs were ceased without his consent, he ended the patient/doctor relationship. I believe Dr. Barber is more interested in having many patients that he cannot take care of thoroughly and properly, in order to make money. I also believe that Dr. Barber leans hard towards using drugs, versus a proper and more effective balance of medicine AND therapy. This is my opinion based on my 3 visits with Dr. Barber.
