Cory Rochon-Ratko
Agenda was to remove my father from SAMU unit at whatever cost to the patient my father, Sye Rochon-Maltby -reneged on making me medical decision maker and gave medical decision maker to my mother who was forcibly removed along with my father from their home Nov 17, 2016 and after I cared for my hospital daily to nurse my father "back to life" basically tossed him back into an an abusive and unsafe environment with my mother along with a similar agenda by CCAC Sarah who only care about meeting their ultimate "move those old junkers" of the SAMU and out there at any cost to their health. LTC would have saved my fathers life and it was looking good for Parkwood LTC (he did time w the military but Dr. Dulay did not want to wait it out and gave medical decision maker back to my mother who does nothing to help my father and heckles me as I help him and even when I tried to help her. She had been form 1 two timed (mentally ill hold for 72 hours) and still they turn over a basically bed ridden old man who she continually emotionally abused for their near 63 years of age. All hospital to LTC caregivers need to be aware of your rights to remain safe in hospital. You cannot be pushed out if you or your deicision maker (medical) has good reasons for remaining in hospital and you do not need to chose more than one ideal (religious reason, distance reasons LTC if you do not think it appropriate or in the best interest of your loved one. Dr. Dulay I will see you in court for your denial of the right to life and protection of my father's health. Shame on you!
