Rosa Matia

Rude, dishonest, incompetent, unprofessional secretary. Scheduled an appointment for me and when I got there, the doctor was not in. When hospital staff called her, she denied having booked my appointment. She had once before called me to notify me of a next day appointment, which I was not aware of. when I asked, why I was told only the day before, she didn’t want to talk about it. Then she denied that occurrence as well. Unfortunate that this person must assume that neurology patients can be discriminated and treated so poorly. That’s an abuse of the privilege of using hospital resources.
