Didn't really listen and get into details of my health complain, didn't look to have much experience /knowledge. Besides that, when she took a sample for a pap smear test - it was VERY PAINFUL!!! It's not the first time I needed to have this test done, so I know it's not a pleasant feeling when a doctor collects the sample, but it was never that painful before... obviously I will never go to Dr. Silver again!

Ignorant and not professional lady. Failed to show up on my first appointment, sent her assistant instead. She only stepped in for 2 minutes at the end of the appointment to say "Hi, I'm doctor silver". THAT'S IT! Failed to be on time for second appointment. Had to wait for her for 1 hour and leave at the end not having a chance to see her. Message to her staff: instead of calling me 3 times to confirm if I will come to my appointment, you should rather call Dr Janine Silver to make SHE shows up. Total disrespect to patients and lack of professionalism. She can book 2-3 people at the same time and just send her minions to do her job. NOT RECOMMENDING HER TO ANYONE!
