Unhappy Patient
I was referred to doctor Liao for my skin condition and had to wait 3 months to get a call for an appointment. Finally when I saw her, she treated me like she have no time to see me. I was walked in to the room and waited for her. She came in holding the chart reading for a moment then say "hi I'm doctor Liao, what are you here for?" I explained to her about my condition and she didn't bother to look at me, acted like she already know what is going on and started writing prescription. I didn't even finish explaining to her my condition but she already up on her feet and handed me the prescription and opened the door to leave. I said "wait, what? that's it?" she said "yes unless there is something else you want me to look at" I feels like I'm wasting her valuable time and I'm not worth her time so I said no and let her go. She told me "she will explain to you how to use the medicine" pointed to her nurse/staff and left the room. I waited more than 3 months to see her, and she can't even spend 5 minutes with me to check out my skin condition? She spent about 2 minutes in that room, did not look at me and rushing to leave. I think this may not be an uncommon behavior for this doctor because when mentioned to the girl that works for her, she said she is aware and it have been brought up by many other unhappy patients.
