Jag is a very thoughtful and caring therapist that truly gets to the issues. She has provided the framework for me to attain long term solutions to a number of personal issues that I needed to work through Her efforts have allowed me to become a happier and better adjusted person I would be very surprised if she was not able to do the same for any individual she accepted as a client

Many phone calls not returned, an intake session (for group) started 5 months ago, still unfinished. Numerous calls promising a space in a group - never happened. A couple of calls saying that she would see me for a few individual sessions, until group started - never happened. (MD) what is her psychotherapy training? I have given up expecting any therapy of any kind from Dr Arora. - she does not deliver what she promises. Her office smells like mould and mildew. I could deal with that if she followed through. Really disappointed - she clearly doesn't care about people in distress. Makes promises - and doesn't follow through.
