Very nice lady, sometimes comes across as cold or gruff, but just give her a chance and she is very friendly. In all fairness she is not there to make friends. She seems to be Extremely Intelligent and will explain things to you so you can understand them. Very professional. She preformed surgery on me this past summer and I have had NO problems at all. In fact she gave me my life back!
