Dr. Steyn has been treating my Dad for a few years now and we cannot say enough good things about him. He is knowledgable, professional, compassionate and all of this with a sense of humour. His team stay on top of my Dads condition almost daily and even call his home to check in on him. If you are fortunate enough to be treated by him, great..if you are looking for an outstanding Cardiologist look no further!

Dr.Steyn is the kindest most knowledgable cardiologist I had during the last five years that I have endured by pass surgery aneurysm ,leaking Aprtic Valve ,leaking mitral valve and pulmonary odema ,He has worked cooperatively with all other involved Specialties .and has made me feel I deserve a place on this planet.Just a wonderful Doctor .

I had been feeling tired, hard to breath and I constantly had to stop to catch my breath. I had 4 of the heartrate halter monitors over that time and the first 3 did not show anything - but on the 4th one that I turned back to the hospital, Dr. Steyn did review it and found that my heartrate was down to 30 beats per minute. He called me into the hospital, did more testing and recomended that I get a Pacemaker. It has been 7 weeks and I can do stairs like there was no tommorrow!! I walk without stopping and naps aren't part of my daily routine!!! I highly recommend him to anyone who has any Cardio issues! He is a true doctor with a heart of gold!
