Exposure to this arrogant, rude, cold person was unpleasant. The administrative staff and the nurse were pleasant, polite & efficient. I would never go back to this man. I will advise everyone to avoid this man. He behaves like a very damaged, ignorant person. His approach to patients is toxic.
