Possibly the worst experience I have had with any doctor, ever. Everyone is allowed to have a bad day but during my visit, Dr. Irina Bystrin demonstrated behaviour that was belligerent and lacking in human decency. She also appeared uninformed about the medication she prescribed and did not encourage questions. I've found similar reviews of Dr. Bystrin online so it's likely time for her to hang up the white coat as she appears to be in her 70's.

Her life experience was an important item for me - she was considerate, interactive, informative, & gave of herself to make me feel relaxed. She asked plenty of questions to help assess the situation - made appropriate recommendations &made suggestions for my own involvement in health without being judgmental - which too often happens in professional situations - people do not need to be scolded when ill or facing uncertain issues !
