Dylann

Anesthesiologist Charapov never spoke to the patient, and never had any resident do so, in the days prior to surgery. He did not discuss regional versus general anesthesia but proceeded directly with his choice of general anesthesia with total memory elimination for an entire day. He was noted on the medical record as being late ("location unknown") for surgery in operating room 8 at the Civic Hospital. He never communicated the memory impairment he induced in the patient to the surgeon or nursing staff.
