Parent of a young patient

Unprofessional, rude, unwilling to listen to concerns. Totally bad experience. Poor excuse for a doctor.

Dr. Medad himself is helpful. However, I've been waiting for 6 weeks for whoever answers his emails to ask him a simple question about gluten consumption prior to a blood test. Clearly emailing him doesn't work and his own staff can't think of a better way to get an answer for a patient.
