He was my doctor over the weekend who saw me in the ER (for a bad concussion). Even though he was clearly swamped, he spoke to me as though he had all the time in the world, a very rare experience from doctors these days. He explained everything slowly and clearly. Not only that, I saw him treat his other patients the same way; as though they were real people. And he had a sense of humour... so refreshing! Thank you so much!
