dr.Gorin was always ready to give alternative ways of dealing with ailments not just with a prescription drug. He gave time to explain the healing process.

DISTRAUGHT PATIENT
I WENT TO DR. GORIN'S WALK-IN CLINIC SINCE MY FAMILY DOCTOR, WHOM HE SHARES THE CLINIC WITH, WAS AWAY FOR THE WEEK. I WAS ACCOMPANIED BY A FRIEND FOR MORAL SUPPORT. HE IMMEDIATELY BOOTED HER OUT STATING THAT HE CAN LOSE HIS LICENCE BECAUSE IT GOES AGAINST DR/PATIENT CONFIDENTIALITY (FALSARY). HE CONTINUED TO CHART WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF TELLING HIM THE REASON FOR THE CONSULT, WHICH HAD TO DO WITH INCREASED ANXIETY DUE A WORK SITUATION. HE WAS CONDESCENDING, APATHETIC, AND RUDE. HE ANSWERED THE PHONE DURING OUR CONSULT WITHOUT EXCUSING HIMSELF. HE DEMANDED ME TO LOOK DIRECTLY IN HIS EYES WHILE TALKING RATHER THAN LOOKING DOWN. I QUOTE,"CAN YOU LOOK AT ME?! MY EYES ARE HERE, NOT DOWN THERE!" AS IF HE WERE SCOLDING HIS CHILD. IN THE END, HE SIMPLY TOLD ME THAT HE COULD BE OF NO ASSISTANCE, THUS I SHOULD WAIT FOR MY FAMILY DR TO RETURN AND CONSULT WITH HIM. I WAS LEFT FEELING HELPLESS AND EVEN MORE STRESSED THAN WHEN I ENTERED HIS OFFICE. WASTE OF TIME, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

This is the worst clinic. It is impossile to have some test results after 2 months.
