I was very unhappy with Dr. Sun. She was extremely cold, and rushed me through the entire appointment after I'd waited an hour and a half to talk with her. She didn't adequately explain why she was prescribing me certain medications or why she was recommending me to certain people. Unfortunately, after wasting a bunch of time, I'm leaving with a prescription and specialist recommendation that I can't even trust. She might know what she's talking about but it is hard to tell because she won't take the time to explain anything and she doesn't seem to care at all about her patients' well being.

I'm not happy with Dr. Sun at CrossRoad clinic. She is very impolite. She was sleepy when she met us at 3pm. She didn't want to hear our explanation about my son's disease. She spend 5 minutes with us and say "good bye". She never smile all the time. I will not recommend her.

I have been struggling with misdiagnoses regarding an upper respiratory problem for much of my life. Dr. Sun administered a simple test and determined that the problem was asthma-like (rather than an ongoing viral problem). Her perceptive diagnosis and prescription has helped me recover quickly. Excellent doctor.

I appreciated Dr. Sun's prompt action, changing my pills to pills for slight pneumonia. If I am lucky I will patiently wait for her to accept me as her patient in her own clinic. I saw her on July 6/12 Friday at 2.00pm at Cross-Road Walk in Clinic.
