Dr. Evans takes time to explain to her patients what will happen before, during, and after surgery. She is caring and respectful, and has a comforting confidence and a winning smile that helps ease our fears. She listens to our questions and answers them fully and in plain language that a lay person can understand. Dr. Evans obviously cares very much about her patients well-being, and she also offers a comforting hand to hold before you are put under anaesthesia. She's a gem.
