My family doctor referred me to Dr. Panzini. I arrived on time to my appointment and was greeted with a not so pleasant front desk. I handed over my health card and filled in the necessary paperwork of being a new patient and was finally called in after about 30 minutes of waiting for my appointment. I was brought to another room where I waited another 10 minutes. Finally Dr. Panzini’s makes her arrival and I describe to her my concerns. Rather than listening to me, she made assumptions about what she thought I did, and basically grouped me into a category she has in her head. Her first question was, “do you have drug benefits?” I replied yes, and thereafter she continuously pushed Accutane© on me. I repeatedly told her that I was not interested in Accutane© at the time because it my first appointment and that would be my last resort. I have taken Accutane© in the past and I remember the side effects being terrible. Another example of her snarky-ness was when she said “So I know you girls love MAC makeup because they have all the pretty colours...you use MAC don’t you?” I said, “No, I don’t, I use Cover-FX.” She replied “How do you know about Cover-FX?” Seriously woman? Anyways, after telling her what I need her to give me she finally complied and I left. 6 weeks later I needed a refill and had my Pharmacy fax her office to top it up and she denied it. Apparently she was freezing me out. What kind of doctor does this? I immediately went to my GP and told them everything and finally got referred to someone professional.

Long waiting time. No coordination between time of appointment and actual time of appointment. Possibly trying to see too many patients
