This doctor usually does not take the time to examine and explain things to you. She just wants to quickly give you a diagnosis, prescribe something and goes on to the next patient. The receptionist at the clinic is also not very customer service oriented. Doctor does not even follow up properly.

She was very forgetful, follow up was almost non existent and she was too quick to prescribe pills BUT she has improved since she moved her practice. When I visit her now, she seems to remember some things about our last visits, she is a lot less rushed and spends more time to explain and review her notes. She moves fast with trying to diagnose by setting up appointments with specialists and taking exams but I'd rather have the inconvenience of doing those and ruling out issues than not doing anything at all.
