Had the unfortunate necessity of having to attend hospital ER. Dr. Waterman attended me, & explained the results of the tests that were performed. She also made a recommendation that I wear a 24-hr heart monitor, just to be sure everything was ok. Dr. Waterman was very kind, open to any questions, & answered whatever questions in an understanding way. I was very comfortable with her, & she treated me with the utmost respect. I very much appreciated her professionalism & easy manner. People should never feel intimidated when speaking with a Dr. I wish more physicians were like Dr. Waterman. I can't honestly rate Dr. Waterman on the "Reliability" section, but I can honestly say that she was punctual in attending me to explain the test results, and I trusted her completely!!.
