A person who is mentally ill called in while I was waiting to see the doctor. The receptionist deserves an award, i could tell she was having a difficult conversation because she immediately said after saying the doctors were not taking any patients to call 911. I could hear the person yelling on the other end, it seemed that this ill person had gone down this list of doctors and took all his frustration out on this poor girl! She repeatedly said I'm sorry but if he is that bad to go to emergency and there was nothing she could do in the office. In a panic she raced to the doctor and told him the situation that this person was going to harm themselves and he said call 911. The poor receptionist was blasted again. Wow!!! 1st lets address when someone is in crisis they may not react in a nice way. Ok benefit of the doubt, it is not the receptionist nor the doctors at this office to be yelled at because you got someone nice on the phone who let you vent! Chest pains, suicide, breathing difficulties cannot be treated at a doctors office something I learned along the way. For one bitter person to write what they did is unfair. After this Episode I am always super friendly to any receptionist! They don't hAve any power or control of the day that comes from the doctors so when they say its full or when they are booking its not their fault, I would in that position do a lot of swearing and hanging up on ignorant self righteous people, thankfully that is not my job! Depressed young man calls Zamani H Dr, to get medical filled out, he is on brink of disaster, we were on the call with the depressed man wanting to get help for his depression, the man can not get a family doctor, the depressed man also cried saying that he will kill himself if he can not get a doctor to help him get medication and his ordered medical forms filled out. The receptionist said that his suicide would NOT be her problem. HOLY SH*T, THIS IS WHO WE HAVE SITTING AT FRONT DESK OF THIS MEDICAL CLINIC, AND YES BUACA WAS ALSO ON THE LINE AND HEARD EVERYTHING. Is a very caring doctor, and will find answers for you. He will send you to the right Dr./Specialist if it is not his expertise. Highly recommend him.
