I saw Dr. Koonar at the PlC for heart related issues. His bed side manner was exceptional and he knowledgable and understanding. He answered all of my questions and was patient with me.

Koonar saw me in minor emergency at the Lougheed and booked me in with a surgical consult in '10 or so days' because the specialist was scheduled 'on call' that day, but going on vacation. He wouldn't schedule me with anyone else. Ends up the specialist was on holidays for multiple weeks. I phoned up the cast clinic, they told me to go back to emergency to get another doctor... The doctor there ordered me in for surgery next day. Koonar just didn't seem to care.
