Dr. McConnell is welcoming, kind, insightful and very thoughtful in her approach. Her only agenda is you and helping you find your way through what you are feeling/going through. Her approach is very soothing and self reflective and after every session I leave her office feeling better about myself and like I have new tools to deal with what life throws at me.
