I find Dr. Hancke exceptional! He has always been right on with his diagnosis and sometimes so caring I almost start crying even when nothing is wrong. I would recommend him to anyone. I am just happy he is 20 years younger than me so I hopefully won't have to find a new Dr. Before I die! Lol

Good Doctor, however needs a new receptionist/assistant. She (Ardyth) is abrupt and poor in customer service relations... Doctor should listen to how she communicates to patients, as it is a poor representation of practice.

I think he is great. If you give him positive energy, he gives it right back. I can just see the person in front of me who made the previous comment...find yourself a physician who can hold your hand every step of the way, smile with you and cry with you. If you need a doctor, i would highly recommend him. If you need a friend, go look somewhere else!

Tends to be quite aloof and disinterested. Doesn't appear to really listen or ask any questions. A drastic change from my last 2 GPs. Little eye contact. Flat affect.

oh kristen, you are so lame! he is a great guy, and very hot I might add. He sorted me out in no time. get lost kristen and go and find another doctor, he does not need your negative vibe! you must be one of those lazy complaining cows!
