I have seen Dr.Singh over 5 to 6 times and he has always been prompt, pleasant and efficient. His medical assisant has always been very nice and helpful to me. She has always made sure that I get an early appointment as I go straight to work from there.

Dr. Singh supposedly arranged for a brain MRI but forgot to send the referral in. He made a very serious error in telling my husband to take low dose aspirin when he had a bleeding disorder in the brain. It could have killed him.

I was Dr. Gurwant Singh's patient for over 2 years. He seemed like a good doctor and I wrote a great review which is probably still on this site. Then as time went on, he started cramming in appointments, so that they would be long waits with little actual consultation time with the Dr. He got a new office and was all about fleecing the patient and pushing botox treatments for my headaches. He has no bedside manner (arrogant) and does not explain what he is about to do. When the botox did not work, he stiil wanted to try it for a third series of 32 shots to my head. The cost of each treatment was $1000 to which he said you have extended benefits so it's not a big deal. I never went back. Another neurologist saw me after the first set of injections. He said my droopy eye was the result of too much botox injected too close to my eye. Dr. Singh should have known better. He had the nerve to put in a report that I requested the botox when I am so terrified of needles that I was traumatized for weeks after these sessions. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone!

Dr Singh was ok. I can't speak for the wait time as there is only one patient allowed in the office at a time due to covid 19, so wait times may differ from his traditional service. The receptionist however, is disarmingly rude and unforgiving. Considering that she is "interacting" with people who have neurological difficulties and are in the midst of a pandemic, her conduct is frightful. If you are reading this, just go to a different doctor, she makes the entire experience not worth it.
