Dr. Baldwin wrote an unfavorable letter about me in order to comply with one of the conditions of the College Of Physicians and Surgeons in order to have me barred from the Kensington Medical Clinic. I was only barred because I complained about their policy of not accepting phone calls in order to make an appointment. Dr. Baldwin said I had used abusive and threatening language to the doctors and showed a great lack of confidence in the clinic. However I didn't say a word to the doctors about this issue. In fact, even when I did make online appointments, on at least two separate occasions my appointment was cancelled by the office manager when she told me that the doctor I wanted to see was full with family patients. She didn't even have the decency to phone me to tell me this information. I had to personally appear at the clinic though not feeling well. I've been told by the office manager to find another clinic. However one problem with that is the letter which Dr. Baldwin attached to my health records. This could adversely affect my acceptance by another clinic. Also, the Kensington Clinic is the closest one to me. And I certainly wouldn't want to travel any further than necessary if I was feeling unwell. Also, how can Dr. Baldwin still be a clinic director when his medical license expired a long time ago in 1986?
