Dr. Knupp was my family physican from 1956 until his retirement. He was the small town old fashioned doctor who provided medical for my family for many years. He was truly a one of a kind doctor and did many things for me that other doctors would not have. When I was having children, he ran around to a construction site to find my husband (no cell phones in those day), he provided excellent referrals to specialist that my children required. He took personal attention to me and I can recall him coming to my house to provide me with care regarding my migranes when in a time when no prescription medication was available. When I required medical information he could be reached at any time and would often speak to him off hours for advice. His wife was the secretary at the office so it was a very family oriented small town doctor friendly environment. He also was a physican to assist the nursing home across the street. As many of his patients will recall about him he was man of few words but his actions spoke volume for a family doctor of his time. It's too bad today's doctors don't have this.
