In her new clinic she has been on time with appointments and if she is a couple of minutes late she will pop her head in door to appologize and let you know how long you will wait. she never rushes you out the door and she takes the time to discuss the medical issues I find her knowledgeable and nt not afraid to send you to se a specialist if needed.

She has been an amazing doctor for me and for my family. She is thorough, helpful, and I feel very comfortable with her. She is the best Family Physician I have had.

Mrs. Kiang
I find extremely inconsiderate. She is always late and she rushes you to d door. I waited for her at least 1hr or more every time I see her and she never apologize for being late. I was booked for a physical examinations and it only took her 10mins to do it! Do I trust her that she does a good job ? No!!! I will never go back there ever again. Her staff is rude and they always over book their patient.

Office administration quality extremely poor in areas of: 1) Booking appointments, c/w appointment reminders 2) Waiting time up to 1-2hrs for our family 3) Answering phones during acceptable working hours. Bedside manner extremely poor due to 1) Attention to detail 2) Review of file prior to appointment, followed by rushed consult. Finally, we are pleased that Dr Araghi left practice without notice. Not pleased with the incremental charge to transfer our files which were only just sent to her office (at no charge i might add). Good riddance
