Dr Rainville is the worst doctor I have ever dealt with, she has absolutely no bed side manner, she is a germaphobe, the first time I met her she freaked out because I went to shake her hand. I have seen her multiple times, not because I want to but because I have no other choice, and she has never smiled once. The one problem per appointment is just ridiculous, she says it's the law, well I know for a fact other doctors don't practice this, she is the only one so far that I have heard does this. I don't like going to the doctor so I like to get all my problems out in one visit, I know she does this for money and nothing else. Quite frankly I don't know how she got her degree, someone that is not empathetic to patients should not be practicing medicine. In my opinion if you want to be a doctor it should be because you want to heal people, not just to make money. If you read the list of things she charges for in her office it's a mile long, she charges for every little thing, that's another thing that tells me it's all about the money for her. Also you are not allowed to talk about your past doctor to her, such as I said my last doctor told me my problem was something different than she was saying, she cut me off saying she doesn't want to hear about what my last doctor said blah blah blah, she is a controlling bee with an itch in my opinion and should not be practicing medicine. I wish in the ratings we could give minus scores because that's what this doctor deserves. I think all the positive comments on here are ones made by her friends and staff, none of them describe this doctor at all. All the negative comments are spot on though. On my last visit with her the appointment was suppose to be to get perscriptions refilled, but a day before the appointment I developed a bad sinus infection and was in a great deal of pain, so I mentioned it to her, and she got right upset saying one problem per visit blah blah blah, I said well this just happened and I am in a lot of pain, after giving me a 10 minute lecture about one problem per visit, she said she would do it this time, but to never ask again or she would drop me as a patient and kept threatening me, she asked me one question about my sinuses and gave me a 4 day antibiotic for it, that didn't work by the way, she didn't look into the sinus problem properly because she rushed threw. I was in tears when I left that appointment, my sister was waiting in the other room, after I told her what happened she said I should report her to the medical board, which I am still thinking of doing. I have read on here she doesn't let anyone go into the room with her patients, now I can see why, she doesn't want witnesses. She is the most unprofessional, controlling, unsympathetic doctor I have ever met.
