Patient was brought into Etobicoke General by ambulance with obvious signs of trauma. Mazengia made patient wait 3 hrs (Emerg was not busy) and discharged without assessment or care. Patient was later diagnosed with a burst c6 (broken neck) which required emergency surgery. Mazengia is indifferent, reckless and negligent and should not be working in emergency room. He is a danger to the public.
