I wish I read the reviews about Dr. Gerald Fung before I scheduled a virtual appointment with him. I would honestly not even call him a doctor. His secretary was more helpful than him. He is very rude and unhelpful. Hang up without resolving anything and told me to go see a doctor (no referral or anything). I am sorry, I thought that's what you were? I guess that's my mistake. Silly of me of to see a Dr. title in front of his name and assume that he would actually be a helpful doctor doing his job. 0/10 rating.

Just a terrible experience via virtual appointment. Rude, unhelpful, condescending and uninformed. Hardly a Doctor at all. Go somewhere else, his whole schedule on AppleTree is wide open and now I know why. Waste of time.
