I met Dr. Willard in 1986 when the Doctors were opposed to the government legislation eliminating the opted out choice of a physician. I saw him as a patient a few years later and was elated with his care and concern for me as a patient. Anyone who has the opportunity to have him as their surgeon could not be in better hands. Congratulations to a great doctor who has committed himself to provide the best care possible.
