Dr. Sonmor is caring, knowledgeable and thorogh. He was a Locum in Chase when we had no doctors to speak of here. I WISH I could see him again! You MUST bring ALL your current meds to EVERY appointment. He works extremely hard to serve all the patients who need him, and I feel he is totally dedicated and I felt completely safe when I was in his care. He expects you to do what he says, and is very firm and exacting, but the care you get from him is superior. I never felt rushed or like a 'case number' while IU was in his care. If something was going wrong with me medically I had no problem putting myself totally in his care. If I had a serious medical emergency I would very much want him to at least be part of any medical team involved in my care. When he no longer was needed as a locum in Chase because we were finally able to get some permanent doctors Chase definately suffered a valuable loss when Dr. Sonmore was no longer there. I have been assigned to a GOOD Doctor now, Dr Bates, but I'll certainly miss Dr. Sonmor for a long time to come!
