After an initial scan discovering a lump in my breast, She operated on removing a lump in my breast, then she LOST the specimen before a biopsy could be performed on the removed lump. She had me return for another SCAN, and the hospital specialist stated that there was no more lump, that the removal was successful, EXCEPT that it is LOST and cant perform a Biopsy on it. Then she has me come in for a "SUIVI", and I am in a wheelchair and have to arrange for the "STO TRANSPORT ADAPTÉ", to get to her office, waited for 20 minutes in waiting room then Secretary comes out to say that she had to run off for an Emergency at the hospital, so I had to call my daughter to come pick me up , SO I went there for nothing , cannot even get a "SUIVI". NOW YOU TELL ME: DO I HAVE REASON TO COMPLAIN ????

I found her very Professional. She is young and I have a feeling she is going to go far with her knowledge. I am very happy that I had her for my colon operation.

Néanmoins, l'après chirurgie fut une toute autre histoire pour moi. Mon cas m'a bien prouver que Mme. Farah garde uniquement son professionnalisme lorsqu'elle n'est pas en confrontation de ses fautes. Contexte : 50% de mes cicatrices ont ouvertes quelques jours seulement suivant la chirurgie. J'ai tenter plusieurs fois de la contacter et je me suis même présenter à son bureau afin d'avoir des conseils.Mais personne ne pouvait dire ou elle était. Arrive mon Rendez-vous, Je lui montre des photos et lui explique mon inquiétude, aucune sympathie ou compréhension. Malgré le fait que mes plaits sont ouvertes et auraient pu s'infecter, elle me dit : '' Je t'ai sauver la vie, cela n'est qu'esthétique''... En gros, elle n'a aucunement montrer de sympathie que j'ai du courir maintes fois les cliniques et l'urgence pour essayer de rattraper son erreur... Son travail avait été fait, elle avait recu sa paye... Son 50% d'échec sur moi lui passait par dessus la tête. Au lieu de vouloir admettre et de confronter ses fautes et d'essayer au moins d'arranger la situation, ou de simplement avoir de la compation, elle est sortie.... Les mots sont peu dire pour expliquer la frustration,la colère que je ressentait.
