My experience with Dr. Ezra Kwok can only be described as very disappointing, distasteful, unprofessional, unethical, petty, unsophisticated, and somewhat sad for him. I understand every doctors are greedy but Dr. Ezra is right at the top 10 list in Vancouver. I find Dr. Ezra Kwok to be a very wishy-washy doctor, this either due to lack of knowledge or inexperience. Whether Dr. Ezra Kwok has a grudge against my previous family doctor or maybe they dislike each other but he should not displace his resentment on the patients. It is so juvenile and low class. The waiting period just to see him is exhausting like 45 minutes to over an hour. What is the point of having appointment when Dr. Kwok deliberately overbooked a lot of his patients and he just couldn’t keep up with his hourly appointments. This is a sign of a doctor who is just desperately greedy and always hungry for more monies. His action does question his credibility, commitment and the care for his patients. Yes, it is all about money and not about the patient. I do not recommend Dr. Ezra Kwok for anyone who is looking for a good old fashion family doctor who truly cares about his patient and less about his fortune. In my opinion, I know I will find a better doctor than Dr. Ezra Kwok, he is not the only doctor in the city and he is not the best. The staffs at Centro Medical Clinic sure have an attitude. May I remind the staffs there, you are a just a staff working there, you are just a person like everyone else who has to work You are not special and you are not above the society, you are just a working class person.
