I tried to get basic information in regarding lungs conditions and appointment procedures, but the non-speaking English secretary couldn't give me the correct answers I need it. I can't believe how they are be in business especially with the lack of communication between a potential patient and a non qualified receptionist who can't provide necessary information. They should be removed from Canadian health services for Canadian speakers and put them in Chinese community only if that's the case. Shame on them. Health Canada should take actions against these services and people.

The kindest, most caring Dr. I have ever been to see. I was in Grace Hospital for 7 days with pain in rt upper quadrant of stomach with severe sweating and vomitting. About the 4th day Dr. Eva Kwok came to see me. I was very surprised that a respirologist came to see me as I wasn't in there for my lungs. I do have COPD so she must have checked my chart somehow and thought maybe she could help in anyway. She was extremely pleasant, kind and very funny as she tried to talk me into a bronchoscopy. I have never had one and have been admitted to many many hospitals many times as I couldn't breath. But none of the hospitals suggested or scheduled one. She set up an appt. on an out-patient basis for a week later. She saw m in the hall as I arrived to out-patient clinic. She cam right over to me, put her arm around my waist and walkd with me as she reasured I would be fine and that she would give me something to help me calm down. She kept saying " wouldn't it be better to find out sooner than later if there were something wrong that she may be able to fix." It took awhile to convince me but she was right. I was fortunate that nothing horrible was found but my rt lung had colapased and she is helping me get better also changing my puffer prescriptions. I love and respect this Dr. more than u could know. I hope she never leaves her residence of practice and for that matter, that I never have to leave mine. It is a greeat comfort to know that she is right there to help me whenever I need help for my pneumonia, asthma and COPD if and when I am admitted to Scarb. Grace. Respectfully yours Sharon Ruth Pritchard.

This doctor doesn't care about her patients - A doctor that doesn't care about their patients shouldn't practice and find a new career path! My wife is a nurse who got Covid-19 during the Pandemic. She's been off work 2+ months trying to recover as it's affected her breathing and ability to do her job as a nurse. She filed for WSIB so we can pay the bills and keep putting food on the table for our 3 year old Daughter. When reccomended to "Doctor" Kwok, my wife's diagnosis was that with a puffer she is fit for work at 100% capacity. Despite my wife reporting that she is unable to wear a mask for more than 30 minutes without wheezing and coughing, the "Doctor" Kwok advised WSIB she is still fit to work at 100% Capacity. Now WSIB is not covering us for the time my wife so desperately needs off to recover, after serving on the front lines and getting this deadly virus. I ask you Dr. Kwok, come spend a day with my wife and you tell ME that my wife is fit for work when she is barely able to stay in a grocery store for 30 minutes with a mask on. This doctor is horrible, and I urge everyone to look elsewhere. There are plenty of Doctors who enjoy their practice and care about their patients. This one doesn't. This review has nothing to do with the receptionist, and is a review solely on the doctor. I wouldn't trust this doctor to offer me an accurate diagnosis if her own life depended on it, let alone my own. If i could give 0 stars I would. I'm clearly not the only one who thinks this way - look at the reviews. Absolutely horrendous that we have doctor's of this quality in our healthcare system.

The receptionist is very rude and super inpatient. The attitude of doctor is dismissive and neglectful.
