Review of a Chubi.
Oh, Dr. Brooks, please reincarnate some charisma and bedside manner into this woman! Awful, awful candour and relatability. She treats you like a number and that is exactly how you walk out feeling NUMB-BRRR, is it frosty in here? Nope, that is Eva Kogan's idea of an appointment. One of two things is blatantly clear. She either doesn't read any of her reviews or (and more than likely the case), she doesn't give a darn.

During my last visit she said the tests were ok and suddenly few days later I got a phone message from her office that she reviewed the test results again and she thinks my kidneys aren't working properly (which turned out no to be true). Seems she can't read the results properly and is very unsure in her diagnosis... Saw her only 3 times and don't want to go back again. Always at least an hour late, gave me medication just in case as she worded it: so you can't say that Dr Kogan is a bad doctor. Well, doctor Kogan, maybe you wished people didn't say that but unfortunately that is exactly what you are: a bad doctor.

Although she may have training in her field, she has no bedside manner, and is not pleasant to deal with at all. Good Luck.
