She is terribly inconsiderate and dismissive and tends to make a mockery of our healthcare system. She walks in and immediately makes you feel unwelcome with questions like, "why are you here?" or "what can I do for you?" while making terrible faces. When you tell her why you're there, her response is typically, "what do you want me to do about it?". She was compassionate many many years ago, but now she's just a sour grape.
