in the decades i have been in his care i have found him to be very dedicated and up on recent medical procedures. on a personal level he cares to the point i now consider him a member of the family, when he retires the medical profession and community at large will have lost one of the greatest family doctors in the province !!.

Dr. Halparin is a truly fine physician and person. My entire family has been in his care for over 30 years. We have literally watched each other "mature". I have complete and utter trust in this fine man. Dr. Halparin should be the benchmark from which all physicians should be measured for his honesty, his integrity, his compassion, his knowledge and his dedication.
