Pretended to know you at appointments, but after working with her as well, she had no clue who I was. Didn't provide my GP with any test results or follow up care plans past the initial diagnosis. Canceled appointments to go to a conference and wasn't able to reschedule for another 3 months and had that appointment canceled as well. Serious waste of time.
