Dr. Miula is ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS! Not only can she not see the obvious, but apparently she cannot read either. She doesn't seem aware of the fact that bipolar disorder "may first occur during treatment with an antidepressant, stimulant, or other agent with mood-elevating effects." What is even more SHOCKING is that the DSM-5 she solely relies on to make a diagnosis "now considers that mood elevation with antidepressants justifies the diagnosis of bipolar disorder, whereas earlier editions considered it a drug-induced reaction." In my case, all she had to do was read her manual (which she already SHOULD HAVE BEEN familiar with), look at the medications I was taking and notice my all-too-recognizable manic symptoms in order to be able to put a simple two and two together. Nevertheless, she still couldn't manage to make an accurate diagnosis and continued to push Prozac - a drug that was RESPONSIBLE for my mania and psychosis - in its maximum dosage on me. What is she getting paid for when a patient has to do her job for her?! I'm so relieved that I have my medical records and pharmacy transcripts to substantiate my claims regarding her complete incompetence. As for her personality, she was pleasant and grounded until I pointed out the numerous errors in her notes (and there were too many to count). Then she became unnecessarily defensive. Bottom line: she diagnoses incorrectly, lacks basic knowledge and zealously overprescribes. Avoid her at all costs! (Do NOT remove this comment! After the nightmare she and her colleague put me through [i.e., an SSRI-induced mania and psychosis for over three years], I have every right to warn others about this VERY DANGEROUS DOCTOR!)

Horrible horrible horrible – my mother was seeing her as she suffers from schizophrenia .. she missed her last appointment (due to her stress she’s been enduring) and Elena got upset and chose not to sign off on my mothers application for disability (until she is better to work again) How can you see a patient and see she is clearly struggling, and that her family is enduring lots of pain and change, and choose not to help due to being petty? She is a horrible human, wouldn’t recommend anyone to her Her secretary or whoever she is, is also rude and miserable. Stay away
