i am very not happy with ostapenko.i came with my sick son and waited and waited and...waited while other people(russian speakng)were comming from the street and she would give advise and direction right there in the corridor.very anprofetional!!!i will never use her services again.instead of carrying for needed she prorotize her own nationality first.i feel for you.
