Unsatisfied Patient
Donna Mummert seems to be unknowledgable and. Simply wants to hand out prescriptions to all that do not help and merely mask problems or gets one out of her office so that she can move on to the next patient. Her staff is incredibly rude and act like children. I am personally incredibly unsatisfied with the service I have received from IMJ medical clinic and while I am currently searching for a new doctor, I have resorted to going down to a walk in clinic or to the emergency room when I am sick rather than going into see Dr. Mummert, because she is that unhelpful on a regular basis and the appointments I make with her of time. I really wish I had read an honest review like this one about her before I decided to be a patient of hers. Don't make the same mistake I did!
