I lived in Mississauga for 33 years. I started seeing Dr. Donald Coughlan for follow-ups when I entered the Ontario Breast Screening Program. Each year after my mammogram, Dr. Coughlan would give me a physical exam just to make sure nothing had been missed. He was always punctual, caring and attentive - with an excellent bed-side manner. Always understanding of any other concerns I had even if they didn't relate to why I was there. Would even ask about my family. I would highly recommend this very compassionate and qualified doctor. Thank you Dr. Coughlan for all your care. I now live in Belleville Ontario and I miss the reassurance your check-ups provided. smh

The secretary is very rude and dismissive. She failed to call to confirm a booked surgery appointment as per their own policy, leaving me in limbo. The secretary mentioned in passing about the surgery date only because I contacted them after leaving many messages with only 3 days before surgery and makes excuses when challenged with her poor service delivery. She sent erroneous failure to show reports to my family doctor when I had never even spoken to or been to their office (no apologies for the mix up). They have with short notice now cancelled a very critical surgery date without proper notification. The secretary is impatient when corresponding by phone and deals with people in annoyance as if we have no option and the office can exist without patients. It's a shame that front line staff creates a bad picture for the entire office.
