Dr. Flood is a kind and understanding individual. Her communications skills and the way she made me feel comfortable with her down to earth attitude was wonderful. I have not encountered many doctors who bring comfort, earthiness and professionalism when interacting with them and i have to give Doctor Flood praise for all these attributes that i have listed. It helps a lot knowing that when you go to a doctor's office you are going to see a professional but also someone who you can go to and relay information as you would a friend. I respect the fact that she takes time to explain things to you in a respectful and non superior way. It is helpful and much appreciated. I hope that as she continues to get new patients people do not rush to judgement about her ways because they are not used to it as i have read in other messages on other sites. She tells you as it is.

Dr. Flood was amazing. This is the 2nd time I’ve spoken to her. She’s kind, caring, patient, and thorough. She took the time to talk with me and listen. She asked open-ended questions. Most important of all, she does an excellent job of translating medical tests and terminology into a “bottom line” message that I can understand every step of the way. Highly recommend as Respirologist ( lung and Asthma specialist )
