Dissapointed Loretto, On
My wife and three year old son visit this Doctor. I've been unimpressed with her over the past three and a half years. She is always late for appointments and frequently cancels. Last time I visited for my son's check up she had cancelled the appointment without my knowledge. She seems more preoccupied in dealing with her dog that barks in the office and getting a coffee. She is highly unprofessional, probably the worst general practitioner I have seen in the three countries I have lived in.

I like this Doctor very much and appreciate how she wants her office to run. Every time I have gone, I have had to wait for her. I can hear her talking on the phone or her staff and she doesn't seem to be in a hurry. She is pretty straightforward and if you ask her too many questions, she makes a remark that there is no time for all these questions. You must tell her receptionist when you make the appointment what you to want to ask her as the time is based on your reasons. She will not deviate from this at all. I do like the office. I suppose this is the new way of modern Doctors.

Dr. D'Addario has been my family doctor for over 20 years. I have been very happy with the service she provides. My only negative comment would be the amount of time I have to wait to get an appointment.
