Dr Roberts is callous , litigious, threatening and combative. Whenbshe tried to words in my mouth I said you may be projecting and she got so angry and began yelling claiming "I am in charge, Not you". I believe she will be easy for my Lawyer to defeat. She has no idea what's coming for her and Manulife in cross examination but tried to lecture me that my employer will retaliate against me to intimidate and harass me. Foolish statement that will be used against this Hostile Witness.

Dr Roberts makes her living from performing IME Insurance exams for the benefit of Manulife who pay her hansomely , thousands of dollars for a "INSURANCE Medical" and even more for testimony as a witness. She will likely never show up as an advocate for the sick and injured plaintiffs. She will forever be a witness for some insurance company. She is money hungry for your insurance money.

She is a Paraplegic. Meaning she does not have the full use of her arms, hands and legs and resisdes in a motorized wheelchair. The College told me she is a Fulltime Paid Employee of Manulife conducting IME Insurance exams to minimize and deny Disability. My question to her is if she cannot work, write reports, Attend IME for Manulife without SIGNIFICANT Accomodations due to her own physical / Mental limitations and frailties then why is she involved in the minimizing and denial of Disability for Manulife? Imagine claiming that she can work with restrictions and limitations but denying victims of car accidents the same rights that she has. Should get Zero stars for her own arrogance, lack of inflection, stupidity and greed.

One Smart Blond
I was assessed by Delyth Roberts who works for Manulife as a paid employee. I totally agree. She downplayed my illness, claimed my medications were low dosage and that I didnt meet the requirement for disability as ither staff if Manulife conveniently claimed. She WAS employed by the department of Defense then suddenly was not anymore. She is a paraplegic and I do not think she can work without accommodations herself yet denied me my rights to Accomodations. She is also told what to write by Manulife claims assessors and Lawyers . Only a deceitful idiot from Manulife would use a paraplegic to deny another person with disability.

She assessed me for Total Disability also for Manulife . I believe she works for Manulife exclusively after what Manulife told me. I do not feel that Dr Roberts is competent and lacks formal training in assessing long term illness and the struggles someone who was once healthy goes through. I think she may have cerebral palsy herself. And requires a helper as a reviewer mentioned. I don't have any kind of help. I have to do everything myself and daily pain is excruciating. She accused me of lying and also downplayed thebseveruty of my symptoms. I couldn't believe as to how she had the audacity to make recommendations outside her area of expertise. I was a comoetitve athlete . I don't believe she ever was. Though I could be wrong. Zero Stars for her as well because she doesn't have a private practice and doest have the experience to assess anyone.
