Dr Roberts is callous , litigious, threatening and combative. Whenbshe tried to words in my mouth I said you may be projecting and she got so angry and began yelling claiming "I am in charge, Not you". I believe she will be easy for my Lawyer to defeat. She has no idea what's coming for her and Manulife in cross examination but tried to lecture me that my employer will retaliate against me to intimidate and harass me. Foolish statement that will be used against this Hostile Witness.

Dr Roberts makes her living from performing IME Insurance exams for the benefit of Manulife who pay her hansomely , thousands of dollars for a "INSURANCE Medical" and even more for testimony as a witness. She will likely never show up as an advocate for the sick and injured plaintiffs. She will forever be a witness for some insurance company. She is money hungry for your insurance money.

She is a Paraplegic. Meaning she does not have the full use of her arms, hands and legs and resisdes in a motorized wheelchair. The College told me she is a Fulltime Paid Employee of Manulife conducting IME Insurance exams to minimize and deny Disability. My question to her is if she cannot work, write reports, Attend IME for Manulife without SIGNIFICANT Accomodations due to her own physical / Mental limitations and frailties then why is she involved in the minimizing and denial of Disability for Manulife? Imagine claiming that she can work with restrictions and limitations but denying victims of car accidents the same rights that she has. Should get Zero stars for her own arrogance, lack of inflection, stupidity and greed.
